Foreign TV Shows/Movies

The trend to watch/follow foreign countries/languages will grow, and finding a systematic way ( search / discover) to do it in the flick would be great. Now Any user can suggest in the feed or profile a foreign language show/movie but giving a separate tag to foreign content and then subcategorising it in the country can be useful. I am not sure how to achieve it but seems like a very important content category "foreign language country show/movies"
